Adobe Systems Incorporated (Nasdaq:ADBE) today announced that the next version of Adobe(R) Production Studio, the integrated video and audio post-production tool set that is part of the Creative Suite family, will be available for both the Macintosh and Windows(R) platforms. Film, video and web professionals currently using Adobe After Effects(R), Adobe Photoshop(R) and Adobe Illustrator(R) on the Mac will soon be able to harness the power of completely new Macintosh releases of Adobe Premiere(R) Pro, Adobe Encore(R) DVD and Adobe Soundbooth(TM)—all key components of an upcoming milestone revision to Adobe Production Studio.

Adobe Systems Incorporated (Nasdaq:ADBE) will introduce a beta version of Adobe® Photoshop® CS3 software, the next release of the world standard in digital imaging, on Friday, December 15th. Adobe is delivering a widely available Photoshop CS3 beta to enable customers to more easily transition to the latest hardware platforms, particularly Apple’s new Intel-based systems. The beta is available as a Universal Binary for the Macintosh platform, as well as for Microsoft® Windows® XP and Windows Vista computers. The final shipping release of Adobe Photoshop CS3 is planned for Spring 2007. The software can be downloaded at: http://labs.adobe.com , in the early hours Pacific Standard Time on December 15.

Adobe Systems Incorporated (Nasdaq:ADBE) today announced its call for entries to the seventh annual Adobe Design Achievement Awards (ADAA). The program honors and recognizes the most talented and promising student designers, photographers, illustrators, animators and digital filmmakers from the world’s top design, film, interactive and Web higher education programs. This year, the competition will accept entries from 30 participating countries.
