Nikon Coolpix S7c Review by DigitalCameraReview

Nikon Coolpix S7c Review by DigitalCameraReview

Overall, I was pleased with the Nikon Coolpix S7c.  The image quality was very good and the wireless features worked well.  The camera is also very stylish and thin - you’re sure to turn some heads.  If the looks aren’t enough, then just flash the large 3 inch screen and that should just about do it… The Nikon Coolpix S7c is perfectly suited to the “gadget freak” that is looking for an ultra-compact camera and wants to take advantage of the wireless capabilities of the camera.  The camera’s style will also appeal to a broader cross section of users.

Nikon Coolpix L5 Review by DigitalCameraReview

Nikon Coolpix L5 Review by DigitalCameraReview

The Nikon Coolpix L5 is a light compact camera with a bundle of nice features that offers novice shooters a quick and easy way to shoot digital photos under a wide variety of conditions with relative ease, as well as do some simple processing and image correction in-camera. The camera would benefit from an in-camera adjustment to sharpen the images somewhat.

Olympus SP-510 Review by DigitalCameraReview

Olympus SP-510 Review by DigitalCameraReview

Overall, the Olympus SP-510 UZ is an eminently usable digicam that will perform acceptably in a broad range of outdoor picture taking situations. Serious shooters will likely be put off by the SP-510 UZ’s shortcomings, but scrap-bookers, family shutterbugs, casual photographers, travelers, and nature lovers will be impressed with the SP-510 UZ’s 10X zoom, broad features list, and comparatively low price.

Leica Digilux 3 Review by DigitalCameraReview

Leica Digilux 3 Review by DigitalCameraReview

Overall I am very impressed with this camera. The image quality is excellent and the camera works well. As far as lenses go this is by far the best in class (kit lenses) I also liked the ergonomics/styling of the camera for the most part… This is the SLR for Leica fans or for anyone wanting top of the line equipment the only place this camera falls short is battery life (somewhat) lens choices (just the kit thus far) and price. And to be picky the noise could be improved. However if I had to choose between this and a Canon or Nikon I would strive to get the Leica.

Olympus FE-200 Review by DigitalCameraReview

Olympus FE-200 Review by DigitalCameraReview

While the wide angle, 5x optical zoom lens and 6 megapixel resolution is currently a kind of “sweet spot” in the current point and shoot market, the FE-200 doesn’t perform well enough to keep up with the competition.  In addition, in my opinion, any price difference between this camera and a competitor, if there is any, is not enough to make the FE-200 any more attractive… Bottom line, I would have a hard time recommending this camera.  For the same price, you’ll be able to find much better cameras, like the Canon Powershot A530, Nikon Coolpix L2 or Coolpix L3.

Nikon Coolpix L6 Review by DigitalCameraReview

Nikon Coolpix L6 Review by DigitalCameraReview

Overall, I’m very impressed with the Nikon Coolpix L6 - the camera is clearly designed to appeal to a specific target audience and it does a very good job of meeting the needs of that demographic. The camera is very user friendly and it consistently delivers surprisingly good images. It’s an excellent choice for busy folks and casual photographers who want a camera that’s compact enough to drop in a pocket and take along everywhere they go…
