Eastman Kodak Company today announced the global launch of a new sleek line of zoom digital cameras for the style-savvy consumer. The KODAK EASYSHARE M-753 is one of the new models and is equipped with a 3x optical zoom lens and 7-megapixel resolution, which allows consumers to print clear, crisp images up to 30” x 40” in size. Memories captured with the KODAK EASYSHARE M-753 are displayed on a vibrant 2.5-inch LCD screen, perfect for instantly sharing clear, bright pictures and videos whether inside or outdoors.

For the second straight year, Eastman Kodak Company has been recognized for its innovative design capabilities by an international panel of design experts. The new KODAK EASYSHARE V1003 digital camera earned a highly-regarded 2007 red dot Award for Product Design. The red dot design award ranks among the largest and most prestigious design competitions in the world, and the coveted red dot award - often considered a “quality seal” for the look and feel of a product - is regarded throughout Europe as an international seal of quality for sophisticated and innovative design.

Bottom line - The Kodak Easyshare V610 is a unique Ultra-Zoom in a stylish compact case and has a street price of $250 or less. I really liked this little digicam for all the zoom power packed into such a small size. 40X zoom is in the range of spotting scopes yet the V610 is much smaller and fits just about anywhere. Eastman Kodak Company today announced two additional digital cameras, including the KODAK EASYSHARE C613 Zoom Digital Camera with 6.2 megapixel resolution and 3X optical zoom lens in a compact and stylish body; and the KODAK EASYSHARE C763 Zoom Digital Camera with 7 megapixel resolution and 3X optical zoom at a truly affordable price point. Available in April, the KODAK EASYSHARE C613 Zoom Digital Camera will retail for US $119.95 and the KODAK EASYSHARE C763 will retail for US $179.95 (MSRP).
