The Samsung L77 digital camera is just 21.mm wide, yet still offers a 7x internal optical zoom lens equivalent to 38-266mm, a 7 megapixel sensor and 2.5 inch LCD screen. Other features include 30fps MPEG-4 movies for TV-quality film clips and in-built editing capabilities. The Samsung L77 will be available from April 2007, price to be confirmed.
Samsung Cameras today launches the S1030, a high performance camera that scores ten out of ten with its features which include a 10 Mega-pixel sensor and a 3x optical zoom lens for pin sharp pictures with every click of the shutter.
The Samsung S830 digital camera offers an 8 megapixel sensor, 3x zoom lens equivalent to 35-105mm and a 2.5 inch LCD screen. Other features include ISO 1600, aperture priority, shutter priority and full manual exposure modes, and an Auto Macro function that automatically adjusts shooting distance and focus. The Samsung S830 will be available in the spring of 2007, price to be confirmed.

The L74 Wide is equipped with a convenient Tour Guide function which provides travel information covering 4,500 regions in 30 countries– helping users to plan trips and find their way while on the road. Equipped with 450 MB of internal memory, the L74 Wide can store all the information travelers need to get them where they’re going safely and on time.
The camera fared well during lab testing. I didn’t find much noise in the daylight shots, but high ISO settings indroduced some colored noise. Pictures had pretty good color, with just a touch of purple fringing. My flash pictures displayed nice illumination with lots of detail in the highlights. The NV10 averaged 1,900 lines of resolution, which is excellent for a 10MP camera. There was no pincushion distortion to speak of, and just a touch of the usual barrel distortion.
